Getting a large scale mural pixel perfect can be a challenge.
By using the technique of projection mapping we can more easily plot the artwork or design and scribe it to the surface without the need for rulers, massive measuring devices, or lots and lots of tape.
For this occasion the managers at the Bellingham, WA establishment, Boundary Bay Brewing, were looking for a way to activate their ceiling with some artwork of the area.
After the design was created Lumenarius was hired to leverage projection mapping to accurately display the art on the ceiling so the artists could trace the outline.
This expedited the process that usually takes days into something that only took part of the evening.
Overall the client was thrilled with the outcome as were the artists.
